Next Monday is the start of my first week of college finals. Boo!
I have BIOL 200A on Monday, MATH 108 and HIST 101A on Tuesday, and my CHEM 200 final exam is on Wednesday. I still have yet to study for these exams plus write a research paper for CHEM 200 for honors credit. I feel so ill prepared for all of this!
However, once I am done at 9:50 Wednesday morning, I am FREE to drive four and a half hours north to be back home. Home, where my parents, best friend, and love of my life are. The drive is worth it!
On another note, yesterday I gave blood, one of my favorite things to do! I absolutely don't know why because I always have terrible experiences with feeling light-headed and dizzy. This time was no different, though along with my usual symptoms, I now have a beautiful bruise on my elbow where blood has pooled underneath my skin! Yippee!
My boyfriend's sister Abbey is making me a hula hoop for Christmas this year, and I cannot be more excited! I've been wanting to start hooping for about three months now, and since I've been watching so many videos, I know already I'll be good.
So I'll be hooping all winter break (which is a whole month!)! I don't know where I'll be hooping when I come back to school in January. It's way too cold outside, but I'm not sure if I'll have enough room in my dorm.
Wish me good luck on my finals and my paper! I'm sure I'll need it.
If I don't post again before then, merry Christmas and a happy new year to all of you!
